What personally identifiable information does Ride Transfers collect from me?

Ride Transfers does not collect private or personal information from any website, except where you willingly provide it. Ride Transfers stores all personal information on a secure database with controlled access. If you contact Ride Transfers, we may keep a record of that correspondence. A customer may, at any stage, request Ride Transfers alter, update, or delete personal information at any stage by corresponding with Ride Transfers using the above-listed contact details.

We use social media including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn to provide information about our services and from time to time to run competitions or promotions. How does Ride Transfers protect my personal information?

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, unless it is processed through a Secure Credit Card System. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, Ride Transfers cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us via email, request a callback facility, or quote request form. All information we hold will be held securely and in accordance with our obligations under the Privacy Act 2020.
